Return Policy
Returns Process (Physical Products)
At Red Eagle Tech, we strive to make the returning of faulty items as smooth as possible with the aim to resolve any issues quickly.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product:

Contact Us: Please get in touch with our support team at hello@redeagle.tech to request a return. We will handle the return process with our supplier (Spire Technology) on your behalf.

Response: Once your return request has been logged, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Manufacturer Warranty: Please note that the majority of products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty which we must adhere to. We work closely with Spire Technology and the relevant manufacturers to ensure all returns are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Customer-Induced Damage: Any items that are determined to have customer-induced damage (for example, bent pins on a motherboard) will be processed under a chargeable repair.
Non-Faulty Returns (Stock Rotation and Customer Error)
For returns due to ordering errors or change of mind:
- Approval for return is at our discretion and is subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Credit will be issued at the current market value or price paid, whichever is lower (before the restocking fee is applied)
- Items must be in immaculate condition and unopened
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We reserve the right to refuse credit for any product not in satisfactory condition

Training Course Guarantee
We are confident that you will find value in our training courses. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund guarantee. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a refund in full—no questions asked.
Software Packages
For any software-based products or digital licences:
- If you are not satisfied, you may cancel at any time.
- We operate on a simple principle: we want you to stay with us because it’s your choice, not because you’re tied into a contract.
