Overview

Thanks for shopping with Red Eagle Tech. We provide physical products, software packages, and training courses. Each has its own delivery or access process, outlined below.

Physical Products

We partner with Spire Technology, a trusted computer parts and accessories vendor, to bring you high-quality products through our dropshipping model. All items are shipped directly from Spire’s warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.

Shipping Partner

We use DPD Local for all deliveries, a courier service known for their reliability and efficiency. Their consistent high success rate ensures your products arrive safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframes & Options

We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Next Working Day Delivery (UK mainland only)
  • Under 4kg: £5.42
  • 4–15kg: £7.92
  • 15–45kg: £10.42
  • 45–90kg: £20.45
  • 90–135kg: £30.65
  • 135–180kg: £40.90
  • 180–225kg: £51.15

Premium Delivery Options

  • AM Delivery (up to 10kg): £13.25
  • Pre-10:30 AM Delivery (up to 10kg): £17.55
  • Saturday Delivery (up to 10kg): £11.07

For premium deliveries of items exceeding 10kg, additional charges will apply.

Free Shipping

Orders totalling over £500 (including VAT) qualify for FREE delivery within eligible delivery areas.*

In exceptional circumstances where an order exceeds £500 but has an unusually high weight making free shipping unviable, we will contact you to determine the best solution.

Predict – One Hour Delivery Window

DPD Local provides a convenient one-hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day:

  • You’ll receive notification of your one-hour delivery window
  • Notifications can be sent via text, email, or both (you can select your preference during checkout)
  • If the delivery time is not convenient, you can use the notification to reschedule

Order Tracking

Track your order easily:

  • Use your unique web order number (WO00000) found in your order confirmation email
  • Alternatively, use the 6-digit order number located in your "My Account" section
  • Enter either number in the "Track Orders" section in the top menu bar

Important Notes

  • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Monday–Friday for next-day delivery (unless otherwise stated on our website)
  • Regional delivery times: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Ireland, or Channel Islands may take up to 2 working days
  • Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, and Scilly Isles
  • Restrictions: Direct shipments to end users in Southern Ireland, Guernsey, and Jersey are currently suspended

Software Packages

Software products and digital licences are delivered electronically. Once your purchase has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. Following that, a member of our time will be in touch within 24 hours of purchase.

    No physical shipping charges apply.

    Training Courses

    Training courses are delivered digitally via online access. Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, with the Teams meeting details for the course dates.

    No shipping charges apply for training courses.
