Shipping Policy

Overview

Thanks for shopping with Red Eagle Tech. We provide physical products, software packages, and training courses. Each has its own delivery or access process, outlined below.

Physical Products

We deliver physical products via tracked courier directly from our UK distribution partner’s warehouse.

Delivery Costs & Timeframes

• Standard delivery: £5.99 (including VAT) per order
• Free delivery on orders of £50 or more
• Delivery time: 2–4 working days from order
• Order cut-off: 3:00 PM Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer.

Software Packages

Software products and digital licences are delivered electronically. Once your purchase has been confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. Following that, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours of purchase.

No physical shipping charges apply.

Training Courses

Training courses are delivered digitally via online access. Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, with the Teams meeting details for the course dates.

No shipping charges apply for training courses.
